A quick-start guide to getting started as a New Hope Ministry Leader. Read about our Mission and Vision, find your staff liaison, learn about leadership and volunteer roles, and find the worksheet for clarifying ministry vision. 

Our volunteer application helps us keep track of who desires to serve, the areas they might be gifted in, and their updated information. The application will also help you as a leader get an idea of where the potential volunteer is spiritually. 

Our volunteer onboarding packet walks you through all of the needed details to ensure new volunteers are trained and ready to serve, including step-by-step instructions, the interest form, and availability, .

Our volunteer agreement helps our teams to ensure that everyone serving understands our mission and values, as well as what they can expect while serving with the team.

Churchteams leaders manage the list of those serving, communicate with their team, and create event registrations for ministry events. This link takes you to the New Hope log-in page. If you do not have a personal log-in, email Nikki.

Planning Center allows staff to  schedule their teams to serve and see the order of service on Sunday mornings. If you have not set your team up on Planning Center yet, or you need to make an account, please email Faith.

In-service announcements for the week are decided on Thursday morning. Please make sure to get your requests in by Wednesday afternoon if you are hoping for an announcement for the current week.

To request a check, please complete the form below for each check that you are requesting. Checks will be written on Thursdays for all requests received by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.  To receive reimbursement, you must also upload an image of the receipt. On of the priorities of New Hope is to protect those who God has called to New Hope. The safety policies document how we will protect both the children and  vulnerable adults in our church as well as our volunteers
